• Videos:  Allow 4-6 weeks delivery within the contiguous 48 States.  International orders allow 6-8 weeks plus   additional shipping and handling.

• Downloads:  Allow up to 48 hours for payment verification.  You will receive an e-mail containing the download instructions.

• At i-Spy Videos we select only the highest quality surveillance and coverage footage.  Your satisfaction is our number one concern.  However, due to the nature of the product, we can not accept returns unless the product was damaged upon shipment.  NO refunds will be given unless authorization is obtained from i-Spy Videos before returning the product.

• The How to Get Revenge video will be billed to your credit card under the business name of "Spook Tech."

• i-Spy Videos' products may not be sold or distributed in any way without prior written consent from i-Spy Videos.   Federal Law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exhibition of copyrighted motion pictures, video tapes and video discs.  (Title 17 U.S. Code, Section 501 and 506).
